Shipping Policy

We’re committed to provide exceptional photographic art production for every order. Whether a single print or a framed gallery collection, every piece of your order gets the individualized care it deserves. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you when we can supply your order.If we could not, we refund you the total amount of your order minus transaction charges, using the original method of payment. 

Items offered on our website are available for world-wide shipping. Any shipments to rural areas are not available. In addition, we are unable to accept orders for delivery to countries where special custom regulations applied for artworks. Please ensure and check your custom regulations before ordering.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 30 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we can not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to custom delays, carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Orders are shipped to residential or business addresses, allowing for confirmation of receipt. You will be alerted via e-mail as your order ships and a tracking number and link will be included. Generally, orders are shipped for delivery within 5 business days of purchase. You can find the current status of the order with tracking number. Shipping statuses include:

Acknowledged - Your order has been recognized, but not yet processed for shipment.

Pending - Your order is currently being processed and will ship very shortly.

Shipped - Your order has been fully processed and shipped.

Shipping time will vary as delivery speed depends on the customs requirements of the country of destination.We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this. The customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information.

We are not responsible for shipping costs, taxes, custom expenses, etc. Additional export taxes may be charged according to the province or territory to where the item is shipped. However, additional shipping charges will be applied to overseas and remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

We recognize that individual unframed prints do not take as long to produce as framed or mounted art. If it is not required that all orders arrive at approximately the same time, or to benefit from having print only orders arrive earlier, please consider separate orders or simply contact our customer service to assist with an existing order.

If there is any defect or damage to the product or packaging on delivery, submit a defect statement with shipping company delivery representitive and contact us immediately.

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price except below stated costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Refunds do not include any shipping, transaction and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping, transaction and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. On sale items are non-refundable.
